About us

Kendall AC Repairs is a local air conditioning coordination service for Kendall, Miami-Dade County. We're not a directory or a call center: we help Kendall neighbors and connect them with a Florida-licensed AC technician.

What we do

When you call, a real person helps you in English or Spanish, understands what's wrong with your unit and schedules a visit with a licensed technician in your area, often the same day. You get the price before approving any work.

How we choose technicians

We only work with air conditioning contractors holding an active Florida state license and liability insurance. We check their license, reviews and response time before sending them a single customer, and we remove them if they fall short.

Why only Kendall

Knowing the area matters: 1960s homes in Westchester don't have the same problems as townhouses in The Hammocks or condos in Dadeland. Working in one area lets us know each neighborhood, its communities and its most common units.

Our tips

The articles in our Tips section are written by the team based on the most common AC breakdowns in South Florida and on reliable sources (manufacturers, the Department of Energy and the county). When something changes (prices, county permits, hurricane season), we update them.

Who runs the service

Kendall AC Repairs is operated by DHY Solutions LLC, a Florida-registered company based in the Miami area. You can email us at kendallacrepairs@gmail.com or call (305) 363-7976.

Area we serve

We serve Kendall and its neighborhoods: The Hammocks, Kendale Lakes, Country Walk, Three Lakes, Richmond West, Pinecrest, Westchester, Sunset, Olympia Heights, Tamiami, The Crossings, Dadeland, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Kendall West. ZIP codes: 33183, 33186, 33196. If you live nearby but don't see your community, call anyway: we can almost always coordinate a technician.

What we don't do

We don't charge for the call or the coordination, we don't sell your data and we never send unlicensed technicians. If we can't help in your area or with your unit, we tell you on the same call.
